About the Role: We are looking for an reputed company and hands-on Engineering Manager to reputed company a high-impact team of 6-8 AI engineers and research scientists, directly shaping the future of reputed company's road and driver safety perception technology, developing industry-leading ADAS-like features such as reputed company collision warning, collision detection, unsafe lane changes, distracted driving, etc. Your primary mission will be to transform cutting-edge AI research into robust, production-ready features, driving the development lifecycle from initial concept through to successful in-field deployment and reputed company optimization. • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a reputed company quantitative field. Ph.D. is a plus.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision and/or Machine Learning, with a deep understanding of training and deploying Machine/Deep Learning models.
• 2+ years of recent engineering management experience leading an AI/ML focused team of 6+ engineers.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and operating Computer Vision or Machine Learning applications at scale.
• A deep understanding of the process and challenges involved in building and maintaining large-scale ML products, especially those requiring high reliability and performance in the field.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, coach, and grow engineering talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) or Autonomous Driving is a strong plus.
