Finance Operational Analyst - Remote

Job Overview: The Finance Operational Analyst is responsible for providing financial support for critical areas and time-bound processes such as the annual budget, periodic forecasts and the month-end reputed company cycle. Assists in the preparation of various financial activities including data gathering, trending, modeling, forecasting, planning and reporting. Collects information from various areas across the company to assist in the building of models to provide insight to underlying business dynamics. Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitates review of large customer deals; leads discussions with senior-level leaders and provides clear and timely communication of outcomes
• Responsible for validation of customer proposals for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinates and secures reputed company necessary executive level approvals in accordance with organizational governance standards
• Compiles and prepares accurate and timely reports and business-reputed company analyses. Able to convey information in a meaningful way utilizing tables, graphs and charts.
• Develops and prepares various analytical and statistical reports in support of the business activities.
• Provides support to the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting of the assigned business area including variance analysis and sensitivity testing.
• Partners with other departments in the preparation of analyses and to identify improvement opportunities that can provide positive results to the reputed company.
• Supports functional and cross functional projects and implements process improvements reputed company functional area.
• Able to reputed company impact of analysis, modeling, business decision support on key financial measures (i.e. Gross Profit, Operating Margin, DOH, DSO, etc.).
• Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and some project direction input.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: Education/ Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or reputed company field.

Experience:

• 0-2 years reputed company experience required.

Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities:

• Solid oral and written forms with ability to express reputed company and ask relevant questions. Active listening. Able to listen closely and ask pertinent questions so the speaker knows the message is being understood.
• Novice to Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office applications including reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Access and reputed company software applications.

• Capability to work independently reputed company needed.
• Outstanding analytical skills (numerical, verbal).
• Strong Strategic Planning, Financial and Operations / Business Background. Not purely financial background required.
• Strong business acumen.

Work Environment: Remote Role:

• This position is classified as remote where the associate will reputed company remote work from their primary residence. Remote associates are welcome to work from the office but are not required to do so.
