Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and solutions that enhance satisfaction and retention

• Identify and resolve reputed company client and vendor challenges with agility and strategic foresight
• Represent reputed company’s values and vision in reputed company client and partner interactions

• Provide executive-level guidance to partners on service models and integration standards

• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams on partner services, pricing, and integrations

Skills

• Bachelor's (or equivalent) degree required
• 8+ years in client and partner management, enterprise integrations, or strategic relationship roles reputed company HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, reputed company systems, or brokerage
• Proven ability to reputed company initiatives in a fully remote environment
• Strong ownership of projects with demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at stakeholder engagement and meeting facilitation
