About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Part-Time Virtual Customer Representative. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. We also require at least 6 months of customer service experience. Remote customer service experience is preferred.
• Office Computer Skills: You will need basic computer skills (general typing, use of common software applications, and ability to navigate the internet).
• Work from Home Requirements: You will need to have a reliable internet reputed company with at least an upload speed of 20 MBPS and a download speed of 100 MBPS. Internet providers that are NOT compatible include satellite, wi-fi, or cellular data.
