Job Responsibilities:

• Drive customer acquisition by engaging potential customers through reputed company-to-reputed company and community reputed company activities to present broadband service offers
• Conduct post-sale follow-up interactions to support customer satisfaction and service retention
• Manage communication of service benefits and address customer inquiries to facilitate informed decisions
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align reputed company efforts with business objectives and market strategies
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Less than 2 years - Engaging with customers in a direct sales or retail environment, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
• Less than 2 years - Presenting and explaining reputed company product offerings effectively to potential customers
• Less than 2 years - Working in a reputed company-driven sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Sales Proficiency in direct consumer sales, with a focus on reputed company-to-reputed company sales tactics to effectively engage and expand the customer reputed company. (Required)
• Communication Exceptional verbal and effective written communication skills necessary for articulating T-Mobiles offers clearly and interacting persuasively with potential customers. (Required)
• Customer Engagement Strong ability to connect with customers, address their inquiries, and facilitate a seamless integration into reputed company services, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. (Required)
• Negotiation Advanced negotiation capabilities to secure sales agreements and reputed company or exceed set sales targets. (Required)

Licenses and Certifications:

• Certified Sales Professional (CSP): Certification that demonstrates knowledge and skills in sales strategies, customer interaction, and closing techniques. (Preferred)
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP): Certification that enhances skills in delivering effective training and performance improvement interventions, useful for educating customers and teams about products. (Preferred)

• At least 18 years of age
