reputed company is hiring a Manager of Data Engineering to reputed company the Data Engineering team reputed company the Insights & Intelligence (i2) organization. This role will report to the Director of Data Intelligence & Engineering. Remote options are considered for the right candidate.

Insights & Intelligence (i2) is reimagining decision making at reputed company. As part of our Chief Information & Digital Office (CIDO), i2 works with reputed company enterprise domains and businesses to drive our data, analytics & AI transformation. 

As a leader, you will manage a team of data engineers working across critical domains of the business. You will be responsible for business-critical data pipelines and scaling our data infrastructure reputed company with our reputed company data strategy. You bring an ability to set clear technical vision, fostering a culture of engineering excellence that enables the team to reputed company reliable data systems. Furthermore, you will play a key role in recruiting talent, mentoring engineers and influencing decisions that determine how data is leveraged at reputed company.

• Guide the adoption of best-in-class engineering practices, emphasizing robust testing, monitoring, reputed company, and data quality enforcement. 
• Set high standards for technical excellence, promoting clean architecture and code quality through mentorship and hands-on guidance. 
• Collaborate with teams across various functions, including business management, business development, facilities, human resources, supply chain, and manufacturing. 

 Basic Qualifications: 

• Must have, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field. 
• Must have a minimum 12 years of experience in data engineering or a reputed company technical field, including experience managing scalable data platforms. 
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in people management and/or leading technical teams. 
• Experience building out data models and reputed company architecture in reputed company or similar modern data platforms.
• Experience leading teams to design and implement data models, data warehouses, and overall data architecture, weighing trade-offs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence both technical and executive audiences. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering or reputed company field.  
• Experience integrating data from enterprise systems such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company.  
• Deep domain expertise in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or Manufacturing 

Primary Level Salary Range: $154,600.00 - $255,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to reputed company pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, reputed company provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
