Job Summary
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in directly supporting our customers and escalating issues as necessary. You'll work closely with our internal engineering and reputed company teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer questions and concerns reputed company email and our reputed company support portal.
