Job Summary
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your computer and internet reputed company to answer inbound phone and video calls, as well as live chats. Our virtual support team is a key part of our business, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, video calls, and live chats
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company customer issues
- Work collaboratively with reputed company to ensure seamless customer support experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and weekend shifts

Qualifications
Experience Requirements
* 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment
- Ability to work from home with a dedicated computer, internet reputed company, and headset
- High level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes
- Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
- Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
- Willingness to submit to a standard background reputed company, drug test, technology reputed company, and voice assessments
