Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing support to health plan members, providers, and their representatives reputed company inbound and outbound calls. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to health plan members, providers, and their representatives reputed company phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Answer and manage inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits, claims, eligibility, medical procedures, billing, and payments
  • Conduct outbound and return calls to customers as necessary, to resolve issues or provide additional information

Essential Qualifications
