Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center team in our Murray Operations division. As a key member of reputed company, you will serve as the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers, providing exceptional patient care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include new order intake, verifying and entering accurate patient demographics, payer, and physician-reputed company information, as well as assisting customers with basic sleep coaching and product expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a patient reputed company to resolve questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collect patient and reputed company information, inputting data into our e-Intake system with accuracy and attention to detail

• Provide basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, as well as one to three years of reputed company prior work experience in a team-oriented environment. A strong customer service background, experience in the medical field, and administrative record management are highly preferred. You should be able to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
