The Role As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping the learning experience for our Customer Support Associates. You'll reputed company and support a team of up to 30 Associates, providing coaching, development, performance, and engagement to ensure their long-term success. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver exceptional training programs that cater to diverse learning needs and preferences.
