Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including live chats and emails. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

As a Seasonal Chat Support Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Dedicated Workspace: A dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace.
- Computer Equipment: A desktop or laptop (with the latest Operating System installed). No tablets or Chromebooks.
- Monitors: 2 functional monitors (a laptop and a monitor or a desktop and 2 monitors).
- Cell Phone: A cell phone with an active service with a cell phone provider, phone number, and a cell phone charger.
- Web Camera: A web camera (an integrated web camera is permitted) and a cell phone headset with a microphone.
