What Part Will You Play?

As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests for our clients. Your tasks will include:

• Resolving customer inquiries and requests reputed company to card activations, payments, name and address updates, and other basic account-reputed company issues

• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including mid-shift to late shifts and weekends
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, even in challenging situations
• The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
