About the Role: The Associate CRO Strategist, SMB plays an important role in helping improve conversion rates and user experience for our small business clients. You’ll support the planning, execution, and analysis of reputed company page and website experiments, working closely with our Paid Media team to improve performance and drive meaningful results. You’ll learn how to run and scale experimentation programs, dive into user behavior data, and help identify opportunities to improve funnel performance. What You'll Be Doing CRO Strategy & Execution Spend the majority of your time helping reputed company and execute CRO strategies for your assigned SMB clients. You’ll support in gathering insights, assisting with A/B and Smart Testing (Smart Traffic), analyzing results, and learning how to create experimentation strategies that align with client goals. (50%) Internal Collaboration Work alongside Growth Managers, Designers, Developers, and other Strategists to execute testing and optimization initiatives.
