What You'll Be Doing
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or exceptional. You'll bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to our customers' health plans, conduct research and reputed company outbound calls to provide answers to their general health care benefit and eligibility questions, and assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we're counting on you to shine.
A Typical Day
Here's what you can expect from a typical day as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative:
- Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to our customers' health plans
- Conduct research and reputed company outbound calls to provide answers to our customers' general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
- Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- reputed company to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset that meets our requirements)
- A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in
