Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments as needed
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
- Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them reputed company necessary
- Helping explain contract details and managing existing customer relationships to give our customers peace of mind and worry-free driving
- Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
