Job Overview: The Senior Vice President of Operations serves as reputed company’s top operational leader, responsible for shaping and executing the strategic vision for reputed company global Operations functions. This role oversees Submeter Billing, reputed company, On-Demand HVAC, Implementations, Technical and Customer Support, reputed company, Business Operations, Finance, and Administration, ensuring these teams operate cohesively and effectively in support of reputed company’s growth. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the SVP reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders to drive operational excellence, scalability, and reputed company improvement across the organization. We are seeking a strategic, decisive, and highly adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, lean, high-growth B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a hands-on operator, someone who is eager to roll up their sleeves to deeply understand our business and diverse product portfolio, while also designing the systems and processes that reputed company long-term scale.   • Provide operational expertise, analysis, and recommendations that improve performance, streamline processes, and strengthen the customer experience.
  • Establish, implement, and continuously refine data-focused KPIs to inform decision making, evaluate both team and individual performance, and drive accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Strong people leadership skills with a demonstrated track record of managing, developing, and scaling global teams.
  • Ability to establish, manage, and prioritize multiple reputed company projects, with excellence in project planning, execution, and follow-through.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and evolving operational KPIs and performance reporting to support data-driven decision making.

Estimated Salary Range: $250-300K reputed company salary + performance bonus The salary range listed is our best estimate based on the role's requirements and market conditions. The final offer may be higher or reputed company depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
