In this role, you will serve as the first reputed company of contact for internal associates experiencing technical issues, providing expert troubleshooting, timely resolutions, and ensuring an exceptional support experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT support or a similar service desk role.

Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, reputed company Office Suite, and common business applications.

Experience troubleshooting hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals) and software issues.

Familiarity with Active Directory, VPNs, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems.
