What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers, answering incoming communications, conducting research, and resolving issues with a smile. You'll be the difference between an average customer experience and an exceptional one.
A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless support
- Continuously learn and improve your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences
What You Bring to the Role
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer savvy with a passion for technology
- A caring and supportive nature that shines through in every interaction
The Equipment You'll Need
* Internet speed > 15 Mbps (hardwired direct reputed company to your home router is recommended)
- A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
- A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
