Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative - Specialty Benefits Verification Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing multiple benefits verification tools to locate benefits and run/adjudicate claims using electronic healthcare record systems
• Making outbound calls to contact doctor's offices, insurance, and patients to help process specialty medications and ensure timely delivery
• Completing 80% of cases through back-office work and 20% inbound/outbound calls, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
• Effectively handling incoming and outgoing calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gathering patient and order information
• Building rapport with patients and discussing therapy changes on targeted medications
• Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
• Ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient adherence to specific therapies
• Adapting to learn new call types and flexing support in those areas as business needs change

Work at Home Requirements:

As a remote employee, you will be required to:

• Have high-speed internet with at least 25 mbps download speed (no satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular/wireless reputed company hotspot or internet services)
