Your Impact
As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition and service, you'll be at the forefront of delivering personalized solutions to prospective and existing customers. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions, drive satisfaction and loyalty, and meet monthly sales goals. You'll handle new service requests, address existing customer needs, and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services.
Your Day-to-Day
* Identify upsell opportunities and reputed company recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers.
- Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions.
- Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services.

- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with specific job assignments requiring day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
- Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company).
