What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our policy holders, agents, and funeral homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on our products and services
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
Requirements
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses the following qualifications:
- Language Skills: reputed company in English and Spanish (plus) is required
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Computer Skills: Basic computer operation skills, including typing (35 wpm) and working knowledge of reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word)

- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
- Schedule: Full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm MST) or part-time schedule (open to discussion)
