Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyzing and resolving reputed company customer complaints and issues, often requiring technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's platform and services, including features, functionality, and best practices
  • Providing training and support to customers on the use of our platform, including product demonstrations and onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and customer feedback
  • Participating in quality assurance initiatives to ensure high-quality customer support and reputed company improvement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • reputed company in Romanian, Polish, and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or customer care, preferably in a technical or logistics-reputed company field
  • Strong technical comprehension and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
