Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyzing and resolving reputed company customer complaints and issues, often requiring technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
