Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Full-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions, and placing orders for customers
- Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using established arenaflex guidelines
- Checking inventory, processing returns, issuing replacements, and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
- Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
- Have experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
