What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your passion, product knowledge, and compassion will reputed company reputed company the difference in our customers' experiences.

A Typical Day

* Bring your passion and strong product knowledge to recommend upgrades to our customers' health plans

• Conduct research and reputed company outbound calls to provide answers to customers regarding general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
• Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information
• Collaborate with reputed company to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience

• reputed company to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience
• High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
• A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in
