Job Description Summary

The Senior Director, Customer Growth Business Development role is a new position that will provide strategic leadership reputed company the arenaflex Business Development Center of Excellence. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years in marketing, agency, or equivalent years of CPG experience, preferably with background/experience working with Foodservice customers
• Customer Marketing or Shopper Marketing experience, ideally reputed company FSOP

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $201,000, depending on geography, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, we also offer an annual incentive reference value percentage of 30.
