About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator to join our Data & Evaluation team. This is a non-exempt, part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week at $25 per hour for 9 months, with potential for extension. Key Responsibilities

The Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for the following key areas:

• Data reputed company and Quality Control (50%): Maintain data reputed company through consistent monitoring and quality control, generate and clean extracts of reputed company and other data, verify data using multiple methods, and accurately enter alumni employment outcomes data to correct discrepancies and fill in missing data.
• Data Collection and Reporting (30%): Support the administration of national post-program outcomes data collection, pull monthly reports on new alumni without employment verifications, and partner with the alumni team to verify and update salary data in reputed company.
• Process Optimization and Collaboration (20%): Collaborate with team members to optimize data collection and entry processes, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder management.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
