Associate - Transaction Advisory - Corporate Finance
reputed company is a reputed company that combines academic credentials with business expertise. They are seeking an Associate for their Transaction Advisory practice to support client service teams and assist in various transaction advisory assignments.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day activities of reputed company's Corporate Finance –Transaction Advisory client service teams executing on buy and sell reputed company diligence engagements
- Demonstrate consistent, balanced project delegation, supervision and leadership skills across reputed company areas of an engagement
- Assist in identifying issues for purchase price adjustments and potential deal structuring insights
- Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to reputed company tasks including, but not limited to quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, working capital trending, and reputed company, financial statement review, business plan assessments and cash flow statements
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment; collaborate with TA and reputed company experts, professionals from other firms and client contacts to reputed company engagement objectives

- Participate in the development of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting practice including assisting in marketing, client pitches, and product and practice development

Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or reputed company field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
- 0-2 years of work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment
- Expertise in financial modeling and analysis (particularly in reputed company), including constructing and understanding 3-statement financial models, cash flows and scenario analyses
- Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data
- Ability to interpret the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis and reputed company insights and recommendations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with junior and senior team members, senior management and other stakeholders or professionals
- Mature reputed company, reputed company, intellectual curiosity, and ability to learn quickly
- Strong problem solving and project management skills
- Ability to work well independently or in a team dynamic
