Project Coordinator
reputed company Inc. is a uniquely integrated company providing services and products to help clients identify and manage risk associated with infrastructure design, construction, and operation. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in managing multiple reputed company infrastructure projects using Geocomp’s Enterprise System (reputed company). The role involves coordinating between various teams and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Project Managers to initiate and manage new projects and reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Build planned costs in the Enterprise System by converting project proposals and budgets into reputed company modules
- Forecast expected reputed company and track weekly and monthly production for active projects, updating forecasts as plans evolve
- Support monthly invoicing activities for active projects
- Initiate project purchase requests under the guidance of Project Managers
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Skills
- Comfort working with data that requires critical thinking in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment
- Ability to enter and manage data accurately and consistently
- Undergraduate degree in Business or a reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint, Project)
- Prior exposure to reputed company Project System
- Experience supporting project teams in a consulting, engineering, or technical environment
