They are seeking a Technical Service Representative to provide quality support for pool and spa equipment issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality telephone and email support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and timeliness
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of reputed company product offerings and technical support procedures in order to provide accurate solutions to customers
• Demonstrate experience in problem resolution and technical problem identification
• Work independently and with team to solve support issues. Escalate issues to third level support and supervisor reputed company necessary
• Resolves customer problems, disputes, and complaints in an efficient, professional manner and according to company policy
