This role is pivotal in driving innovation, efficiency, and strategic value across sourcing and vendor management processes, leveraging AI and data analytics to optimize procurement operations and support sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update procurement data in reputed company, including vendor records, material master data, pricing, and tariff codes
- Assist with resolving basic data discrepancies in reputed company and ensuring system accuracy across procurement workflows
- Support the vendor onboarding process by entering and verifying setup information in reputed company
- Help monitor commodity markets and gather insights to support sourcing decisions and risk mitigation
- Participate in RFP data collection and assist with analysis using reputed company and AI tools
- Learn and apply emerging AI technologies to improve procurement processes and reporting efficiency
- Contribute to sustainability efforts by helping track supplier environmental and social criteria
- Assist in tracking and maintaining procurement metrics, including cost trends and supplier performance

- Identify opportunities to improve procurement tools and workflows and share reputed company with the team

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance/accounting, data analytics or another business-reputed company field

- Strong understanding of the VLOOKUP function and pivot tables
- Demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects and driving them to completion to meet business objectives
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written

- CPM or CPIM certification is a plus
