[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join the Contact Center Team. Responsibilities

• Respond to, assess, and reputed company heavy inbound phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel
• reputed company obtain information from reputed company callers, prospective and reputed company reputed company, educators and/or industry contacts
• reputed company heavy outbound call activities to support reputed company’s Admissions efforts in setting up reputed company for success through Open House, reputed company Visits and other reputed company event invites and opportunities
• Ensure reputed company calls and inquiries are handled with highest level of customer satisfaction
• Effectively manage reputed company’s social media marketing channels, content, campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions Departments to stay well-informed of reputed company highlights and new program offerings
• Ensure proper protocol and procedures are followed across reputed company reputed company interactions from reputed company communication channels

• Previous receptionist or call center experience preferred
