Job Summary The Manager of Post-Operations Analytics is a key role in our Network Operations Control (NOC) team, which serves as the heart of our operational decision-making and coordination. As a hybrid position based out of our Corporate reputed company in Dallas, TX, you will work onsite at least three days a week and remotely for the remaining days. You will reputed company a team and work closely with adjacent groups to extract insights from data, identify root causes of disruptions, and reputed company corrective actions to improve future responses. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire Post-Ops Analytics process to deliver feedback and development instructions to stakeholders Establish data flows, methods, and data structures to support assessment and analytics Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify root causes of disruptions and reputed company corrective actions Work collaboratively with adjacent Network Operations Control groups to extract insights and reputed company recommendations Identify opportunities to improve IROPS response based on data analysis and work with the Post-Ops analytics team to reputed company tactical next steps Manage documentation of assessment and outcomes in a shared repository May reputed company special project duties as directed by Leaders Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Demonstrated experience in a reputed company field, preferably in airline operations or disruption management analytics Knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques, data visualization tools, and predictive or prescriptive algorithms Skilled in group-building and reputed company-building, with ability to work autonomously and reputed company through influence Ability to demonstrate and maintain a high level of responsibility and provide direction in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and reputed company Preferred Qualifications: Experience in airline operations and operational data sets, equipment, and systems Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js Experience with predictive or prescriptive analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong leadership and influencing skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At reputed company, we are committed to investing in our Employees' growth and development.
