[Remote] Business Analyst 1-Ops

The Business Analyst 1-Ops role focuses on supporting project financial management activities and operational efficiency to meet the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Success in this role means delivering results on project financial management activities including transaction controls, project hours management and forecasting, EACs, milestone management, invoicing and billing. Major functions of this position may include but are not limited to:
• Project Support
• Project Creation and Modifications
• Maintain Project Transaction controls
• Project Hours management and Forecasting
• Support PMs in the EAC Process
• Milestone management and reputed company
• Monitor Writeoffs (WAR) and Maintain Non-reputed company tasks
• Monitor and action Credit Holds
• Invoicing and billing
• Project Closure
• Support day-to-day operations for the organization

Skills

• 0 - 2 years relevant work experience
• Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format
• Attention to detail critical
• Experience in working with multi-cultural and remote contacts required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and has ability to track the reputed company of multiple inquiries and tasks effectively
