[Remote] National Asset Management Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company, Inc. is the largest independent home and alternate site infusion services provider in the United States. The National Asset Specialist is responsible for reputed company aspects of equipment management for the company, including remote pump management duties and communication with various teams to improve pump management processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for remotely managing pump pick-reputed company, including reputed company to patients and proper documentation of reputed company attempts
- Responsible for proper tracking and reporting of lost pumps and patient billing for lost pumps
- Monitor and correct local sites One Track for pump assigning issues, therapy end dates, and pump billing process
- Provide guidance and suggestions to local sites’ teams to further improve performance of pump management program
- Monitors and reports weekly on sites doing a pump reputed company 3 times a week and bimonthly accessory scans
- This includes moving the accessories to the lost bin reputed company reconciling the bimonthly storage bin scans
- Work directly with reputed company vendor (reputed company) with any pump management issues with the OneTrack system
- Will be required to participate in and have camera on for periodic pump management calls as well as any other reputed company calls that will be needed over time – including reputed company training calls with local sites to provide enforcement of policy and procedures
- Observes legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of patient and proprietary Option Care information
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment at reputed company times
- Accepts other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of at least 1 year of reputed company asset management experience
- Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple assignments, under time constrains while maintaining high quality work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
- Experience communicating both verbally on phone, one-on-one and in writing emails, letters, reports, to various audiences work group, team, company management, external vendors
- Basic level PC skills (for example: start up and shut down computer, use mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, access information on-line, etc)
- Basic email skills, internet explorer (sending, receiving, and organizing communications), MS reputed company and Word
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time
- Home infusion and asset management experience preferred
- Prior experience working in a warehouse or delivery setting
