[Remote] Member Marketing Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vida Health is a virtual, personalized obesity care provider that aims to improve healthcare through evidence-based treatment. The Member Marketing Associate will manage the execution of emails and create digital and print materials to engage prospective and current members, focusing on optimizing campaigns and leveraging data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of print, email, SMS and other content requirements
• Manage member marketing calendar, scheduling and deployment
• Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns to drive incremental gains in conversion and engagement
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform the messaging strategy for each lifecycle stage of customers
• Be a positive contributor on a small and nimble team
• Be willing to tackle new projects as they come up

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience working with email marketing platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc
• Ability to solve problems, seek automations and provide solutions
• Self-starter comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Creative and resourceful- able to come up with out-of-the-box ideas and bring them to life
• Incredible attention to detail and execution-oriented
• Team player who can effectively partner with other key stakeholders
• Passionate about digital health and/or changing the status quo of healthcare
• Basic HTML knowledge
