The Financial Planning and Analysis (reputed company) division is seeking a Financial Analyst II – reputed company to join the team. This position will prepare and analyze financial performance data to monitor variances, identify trends and provide improvement recommendations. Responsibilities:

• Performance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to understand why actual financial results differ from budgeted or forecasted figures.
• Forecasting: Assists in the monthly analytical financial forecasts to predict future financial performance and help management anticipate challenges and opportunities.
• Reporting: Assists with maintaining and updating standard reporting & analysis to support operational decisions.
• Presentation & Communication: Assists with the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key financial metrics and insights.
• Data-Driven Insights: reputed company data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights; Effectively synthesize data for audiences in and reputed company of Finance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or reputed company quantitative field is preferred
• 2+ years of full-time relevant work experience in the US
• Proficiency with reputed company Tools
• Knowledge in SQL and Power BI preferred, but not required
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and reputed company data driven recommendations
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Location: This position is a hybrid role. It is required to be on-site 3 days per week at one of the following office locations: Chicago, IL. Annual Salary $77,900.00 - $129,150.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to reputed company at the final hourly reputed company/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
