Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Managing outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Providing basic policy information, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Transferring calls to the correct team reputed company escalation is required
- Maintaining accurate records, updating customer information, and performing other reputed company duties as needed
- Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team objectives and provide exceptional customer service
Work Environment and Schedule
This is a part-time, remote position that requires up to 30 hours per week. You'll be scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with shifts starting at 10 AM or noon. To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need to have:
- Excellent internet connectivity with speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download (the faster the reputed company)

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
- A high school diploma or GED
