Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Strategy Development team to create approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior
- reputed company and implement effective and efficient operational execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24×7
- Engage, retain, reputed company, and foster exceptional talent
- Manage accelerations with quick turnaround times required to reputed company back, provide data and content-driven insights, and implement solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and approaches that effectively prevent adversarial abuse
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- Four years of experience in a reputed company field, or equivalent common sense experience
- Two years of experience working with risk management, abuse fighting at scale, and building/conveying analytical experiences
- Two years of experience working with design teams that form data foundation and ML models
- Two years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard workweeks as accelerations require
- Postgraduate education in a reputed company field (e.g., research, design, data science) is highly desirable
- Two years of experience with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection
- Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities
- Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab is highly desirable
- Exceptional influencing and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
- Excellent business judgment, critical and analytical skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action with the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with generative AI and other emerging technologies
- Familiarity with YouTube's platform and ecosystem
- Experience working in a global team with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
