As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Qualifications
