Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, video calls, and live chats to resolve customer-reputed company issues and concerns
- Utilizing your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company customer issues in a timely and professional manner
