About the position Wayfair, one of the largest and most innovative destinations for home furnishings and décor, is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the senior leaders of our Curations, Brands & Stores team. Responsibilities

  • Executive Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to 3-5 senior leaders across the Global Business, driving focus, efficiency, and impact through proactive support.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 1-2 junior Executive Assistants - providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to foster their growth and ensure alignment across leadership support.
  • Calendar Management: Manage reputed company global calendars, balancing multiple time zones and priorities while anticipating needs and resolving conflicts before they arise.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and execute detailed domestic and international travel, adapting swiftly to evolving schedules and ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Expense Management: Prepare and process monthly business expenses accurately and on time.
  • Event Planning: Partner with teams to plan and deliver impactful meetings, offsites, and events that foster alignment and reputed company.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships, reputed company teams, and drive clarity across global initiatives.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ask pertinent questions in meetings, and readily adapt to new challenges.
  • Teamwork & Administrative Coverage: Contribute to a collaborative EA community - sharing best practices and maintaining a proactive, solutions-driven attitude. Provide coverage for fellow EAs as needed, ensuring seamless continuity across leadership support.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of administrative experience, including 2+ years supporting VP and Director-level leaders in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Leadership: Prior experience mentoring, coaching, or managing administrative professionals preferred, with a passion for developing others and fostering team excellence.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in reputed company Enterprise Suite tools (Calendar, Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet).
  • Strategic Agility: Ability to anticipate needs, think several steps reputed company, and pivot seamlessly as priorities shift.
  • Confidence & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, give constructive pushback, and build trusted partnerships.
