Manager, Strategy

Impact As a Manager of Strategy at reputed company located remotely, you will work across functions and with senior leaders to help identify and evaluate critical strategic problems/priorities and catalyze action against them through strategy measurement and value management. As a strategist, consultant and implementer, you will play a critical role in helping to build a healthy organization, set the right strategy and process, and drive critical cross-functional efforts with senior leaders across the organization. While no two days are the same, you will work with senior leadership and their teams to advise on strategy measurement using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). You will work alongside core business functions to bring reputed company's enterprise strategies to life through measurement and reputed company and quality assess business cases for key enterprise initiatives. You will reputed company analytical work streams, identify and deconstruct business issues, and reputed company strategic, analytical and financial frameworks to conduct analyses and solve critical issues with minimal reputed company from project leaders. You will facilitate and manage both small and large working sessions with business stakeholders that drive to conclusions, agreements and outcomes. What You’ll Need to Be Successful You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field You have 5 years of practical experience, including strategic operations consulting roles, retail, supply chain, or other applicable industry experience You have experience developing business/value cases and financial forecasting to reputed company company / business unit strategies You have experience leading cross-functional groups through influence to reputed company and implement new capabilities You have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down problems into reputed company parts, identify root causes, synthesize findings, and reputed company informed decisions You have experience with different types of analysis (e.g., financial analysis and modeling, process analysis, statistical measurement analysis) You have strong experience in project management and the ability to manage execution: coordinate, prioritize, establish goals, and ensure timelines are met You have a proven ability to influence and communicate reputed company reputed company effectively, verbally and in writing (including proficiency with reputed company and PowerPoint) You demonstrate high level of initiative and organization, with the ability to be resilient and adaptable Skills & Education This list includes key skills used in this job but is not inclusive of reputed company skills needed for the role.
