Transaction Management Sr Consultant (Remote)

About the Role: As a reputed company Transaction Management Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for managing real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of reputed company to generous-sized properties. This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation. What You'll Do:

• Prepare, recommend, and execute reputed company transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

The minimum salary for the Transaction Management Sr. Consultant position is $135,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $155,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
