[Remote] Associate Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading mid-sized provider of technology services to the United States Federal Government, and they are seeking a full-time Associate Consultant to provide client delivery services to support the reputed company (VHA) Claims and Appeals Modernization Office. The Associate Consultant will be responsible for supporting mail operations, accessing VA claim systems, assisting with project deliverables, and participating in team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supporting mail operations through multiple sources and escalating reputed company packets to peers and team leads
• Accessing and using VA claim and appeal systems, including Centralized Mail Portal, Caseflow, VBMS, and SharePoint to review, reputed company, and track claims and appeals packets
• Assisting with project deliverables and activities
• Participating in team meetings, considering a variety of perspectives and supporting team goals and objectives
• Performing reputed company mail operations projects as needed under the supervision of senior team members

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or high school degree and relevant work experience
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
• Attention to detail and excellent at meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal), teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the reputed company Office suite of products
• Military background or VA work experience that demonstrates an understanding of claims or appeals management
• Experience in Federal Government
