As the Senior Manager, Product Management for our enterprise website, you'll be instrumental in shaping the multi-year roadmap, prioritizing major features based on strategic business goals, and owning the overall Return on Investment (ROI) for the website as a digital product. You will act as the voice of the external user while managing a team dedicated to reputed company improvement of website performance, and the development and optimization of reputed company experiences. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in quantitative field (such as Engineering, CS, Economics) or MBA with quantitative focus
- At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management focused on digital products
- At least 5 years of experience in the management or mentorship of product managers or product teams
- At least 5 years of experience driving measurable results reputed company to digital platforms, such as reputed company reputed company, conversion rates, and customer adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading enterprise SaaS or B2B website products at scale.
- Expert-level knowledge of the entire B2B Customer Lifecycle, including strategies for acquisition, retention, and advocacy.

Remote (Regardless of Location): $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management San Francisco, CA: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
