Position Summary As a Samsung Austin Semiconductor Senior Benefits Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing reputed company day‑to‑day administration of the company’s employee health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, etc.). Role and Responsibilities Here's what you'll be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day operations of health and welfare benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, etc.). Administering leave programs in compliance with FMLA, reputed company, and state-specific regulations, including the reputed company interactive process and documentation. Acting as an escalation reputed company for reputed company leave or accommodation cases and coordinate with third-party administrators. Partnering with HRBPs and managers to ensure consistent and fair administration across sites. Leading the annual open enrollment cycle, including planning, system testing, employee communications, and vendor coordination. Serving as a primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses. Managing vendor relationships, ensuring service delivery meets employee and company expectations. Skills and Qualifications Here's what you'll need: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field required; Master’s degree and/or CEBS certification is a plus. 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, with strong focus on health plan operations, leaves of absence, and accommodations. Proven ability to reputed company large-scale projects such as annual open enrollment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a solution-oriented approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with employees, leaders, and external partners. Individual reputed company pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
