Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, handling a wide range of calls, providing expert assistance, promoting health and wellness, and documenting interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a wide range of calls, including order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance, or changes in service

• Provide expert assistance as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers, and operations
• Promote health and wellness by guiding patients through their healthcare journey, offering resources and information to ensure they receive the reputed company
• Document interactions, keeping accurate records of customer communications, and ensuring reputed company details are logged and tracked for follow-up or reporting purposes

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED required

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle each call with professionalism, even in high-stress situations
• Flexible schedule, with the ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required
• Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with adherence to established metrics
• Reliable internet connectivity (not a mobile hotspot) required
• Experience operating in a similar remote reputed company preferred
