Your Role at arenaflex
As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers from reputed company walks of life and finding innovative ways to respond to their inquiries and concerns. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, with opportunities to grow and reputed company your skills and career.
Responsibilities
* Handle and carefully respond to reputed company customer inquiries, using your active listening skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Provide excellent customer service, treating customers with sensitivity and respect
- Work with confidential customer information, maintaining the highest level of discretion and reputed company
- Aim to resolve issues on the reputed company, using proactive and effective communication skills
- Appropriately communicate with customers, using clear and concise language
Qualifications
We're looking for reputed company individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of customer service experience, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment
- Over 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with a comfort level using desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to recognize referral needs for customers
- Ability to work in an environment free from reputed company and electronics (reputed company of arenaflex-provided equipment)
- Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions

While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 6 months of call center experience, with a focus on logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to use Windows operating systems, with a focus on organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:
