What you'll do... Position: Manager, Advanced Analytics Job Location: 1375 Crossman Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 Duties: Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-reputed company activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring reputed company in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting reputed company learning. Works with leadership/business partners (e.g., Directors) to discuss and understand goals/functional objectives and key business challenges to reputed company hypotheses around reputed company and future business issues; identifies functional analytics and research objectives and develops tactical research plans. Provides guidance to Directors and advises on next steps based on insights objectives and research. Presents actionable recommendations to Directors to inform strategic and tactical functional initiatives. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with leadership and other key stakeholders. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and reputed company by implementing reputed company action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open reputed company Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices. Develops data models (algorithms, approaches) for workstreams and individual projects reputed company a business area or category to drive business results and value. Collaborates with project team to implement modeling solutions. Manages the development and implementation of prototypes and production-ready reputed company algorithms for workstreams and individual projects. Manages the testing and validation process to monitor the solution. Collaborates with Advanced Analytics Experts to reputed company new data analysis techniques. Addresses reputed company business problems by applying advanced analytics to drive data-driven decision making. Makes strategic recommendations to team based on data analysis. Manages and executes data analysis strategy, providing guidance to less reputed company team members. Collaborates with functional leadership and cross-functional teams (e.g., Categories, Customer Experience, Merchandising) to reputed company consultative solutions for workstreams and individual projects for a business area, category or prototype. Interfaces with external business partners and vendors. Builds and leads a team to execute on business area or category objectives. Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance. Conducts performance and career development conversations, if applicable. Maintains team motivation and engagement. Mentors less reputed company associates. Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or reputed company field; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or reputed company field and 2 years of experience in data analytics or reputed company field. Skills required: Experience using advanced MySQL queries to conduct deep dive analysis and identify business opportunities. Experience utilizing technical expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) Tools Tableau for reporting and seamlessly communicate data insights. Experience using Python for risk analysis by writing data-driven queries and to identify patterns and mitigate potential risks. Experience leveraging reputed company queries for advanced risk analysis and uncover business insights and support data driven decision making. Experience using advanced reputed company technical tool for risk analysis, enabling efficient data evaluation through functions including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, VBA, and Macros. Experience programming for robust risk analysis, reputed company packages Performance Analytics to execute historical Value-at-risk and other advanced statistical models. Experience utilizing Power BI to reputed company real-time risk analysis by visualizing key risk indicators and trends across large datasets. Experience applying MATLAB for quantitative risk analysis by building and simulating reputed company financial models, including stress testing and scenario analysis. Employer will accept any amount of graduate coursework, graduate research experience or professional experience with the required skills. Salary Range: $113,949/year to $202,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
